Not really, just bought a pack of 20 with the +5 bonus xD
Had to fight my mom tooth and nail because she thinks I spend too much on Howrse

I have one pass left and I'm not spending any money on Howrse
my money is going to the Equestrian team at my school this year ;P

As sure as I am this isn't true, but this lottery truly does look rigged... I have gotten nothing good, only bolts, bonus, etc.
No golden apples, no Hera packs, no Hestia's gift, no M arms... I know I shouldn't be ungrateful... but last lottery, with only 15 odd tickets, I was getting at least one hera pack throughout the entire lottery... ughhh

In a way, the lottery is rigged. It's not purposeful of course but, the bug has prevented anyone across every server from getting any valuable prizes. Users in the forums are sharing their results and someone with over 1000 tickets hasn't got anything more valuable than harmony packs, lightning bolts etc.
Not feeling grateful is a normal reaction in this situation. At least in my opinion anyways. I have only been getting things I have excess off, like tack and carrots. I have yet to get anything worthwhile like the h packs that others seem to be getting. It is really bugging me how unfair this all is.

Edit:: Whoops, sorry for the rant! You know how well my day went when I rant about pixels. -_-

Sorry for double posting, but apparently Ow has fixed the bug. They will let us know what will happen with the past draws when they figure out a solution. Source

Edit:: Ow has left compensation. They just fixed the probabilities and ran the tickets again, so what ever is in your inventory is the prize you rightfully get. Check your item history here for the list.

yes! a compensation! so pleased! I got a hera pack, a HoP and a F. wand. much happier with the lottery now :D

This is weird- I went to buy more lottery tickets, and it says the event is over!
Yet the ? button says it will continue until the 20th... its the 17th...
other people are having the same problem
