Also I have now actually owned by first plumerian Jack Smithy for a year since December 1st. As he was last year's first advent plumerian.
Actually, Eustace is the first laddie I won but he's a runner up, so I did not see him until a bit later, and by that time I had won Jack if I am recalling everything correctly. c:

Not too sure about, "recolorings" as I haven't exactly seen a ton of things about them (I've seen revamps with Char's approval but never recolors. Unless you mean taking an off-oekaki design and moving it onto the official oekaki lines.), but you can ask any Plumerian Mod, Growth Artist, or Artist (the list can be found on the front page of the Main Thread.) as far as approvals for growths! :> Recently I've managed to get Wyrd, Jishokoi to approve growths, with Swiftalu and Katstiel only once. So it may be best to get in contact with the first two. Hope this helps!
