Have you tried putting a watermark/signature on it? That's what I'd do if I was worried about art theft. As it happens, not much of my stuff is good enough for people to want to steal it.

Okay, I decided I would put some of my XY related fanart here. It's mostly sketches, I rarely finish my art off properly. I like sketches ^.^ Warning ;; bad photos ahead! I only have an iPod as a means of taking photos.

erm... But my forum avatar is on GOOGLE. What if my art goes on google? a lot of people look on google and some of those people are evil and steal art. WAAAAAAAAAAIT. there's art on google from DeviantART... o3o
