Oh, and have a fanfic ending.
Pre-chapter: "She may never wake up."
Jenna's eyes went very wide as tears started filling them, even as they leaked down her face. "N-No... She's 14, she can't... NO!" She shouted, staggering back as if struck.
Nurse Joy gave her teary eyes. "I'm sorry Jenna, but it's-"
Jay stepped out of the way when Jenna threw herself forwards with a shriek. Her hands closed around the nurse's throat and she shook her, eyes wild with panic, pain and fear. "SHE'S GONNA WAKE UP! YA HEAR ME? SHE WILL!"
Nurse Joy cried out and struggled, trying to pry the girl off. "HELP!" She screamed. One of her hands flailing hands accidentally went across the golden-haired girl's face, leaving scratches across her cheek.
Jenna flinched back with her hand to her cheek, looking at the woman with wide eyes. She could feel blood trickling down her fingers, and apparently Jay saw it too.
Without warning, Jay ran forwards with a roar of anger. She tackled Nurse Joy and sent them both to the ground, everything covered with a haze of red.
Please Wake Up ~ Chapter ??? ~ Please Wake Up
Jay held her throbbing side with one hand, and an icepack over her black eye with the other. She was staring at the floor with her good eye, which was dull.
"You really should get that checked out."
Jay looked over at Jenna. "I'd rather commit murder than let the people who did this touch me." She growled.
Jenna sighed. Nail marks were clearly visible on her left cheek, the entire reason the fight had broken out. "You didn't have to do that for me." She reminded her twin.
Jay chuckled dryly. "Don't be surprised sis. I don't give a damn if you attacked her first, the minute her hands touched you she should've considered her life forfeit." The joke was hollow, and neither sister laughed.
Then, without warning, Jay stood up. "I'm going to see her." She stated darkly as she walked down the hall, and into Senshi's room. She felt the tears before she knew she was crying at the sight of her little sister's pale face, but she refused to let herself sob. She needed to be strong, just this once.
"Hey ShiShi..."
No response, just the soft breathing of the comatose young girl.
Jay gulped past the lump in her throat. "This... This might be the last time we speak little sis. I-I... I just need this... To know that I can still speak to you before they do... A-Anything..." She felt her chest starting to heave, her shoulders starting to shake as she breathed.
Silence filled the room, besides Jay's loud shaky breaths.
"Just... Wake up. Please, for me... For Jenna... For mom and dad and your Pokemon, please wake up. ShiShi... Little sis... PLEASE WAKE UP!" She shrieked, collapsing to her knees beside the bed. Tears flew from her eyes as she began sobbing, looking at the still form on the bed. She stayed like that for who knew how long, crying and begging her little sister to just open her eyes. Those impossibly bright green eyes.
Eventually, Jay stood up. She leaned heavily on her cane, her bad leg stiff from kneeling for so long. "I love you Senshi... G-Goodbye..." Defeat hanging over her head, she turned and started to limp away. She didn't notice the fluttering eyes, or the bright green irises that slowly started appearing as the girl opened her eyes.
But she noticed the tiny voice.
"J-Jay...?"
The older girl stopped dead, eyes impossibly wide. Slowly, she looked back.
And she saw those impossibly bright green eyes.
