It means you have to train her in her top three skills. So for a Quarter Pony, they are: Stamina, Speed and Dressage. The section on the right, under training with those 6 bars is what needs to be done. In order to get +100 BLUP, the horse has to have it's top three skills bolded -which means those skills must have been fully trained, done rides till the horse gets no more skills and done competitions till it gains no more skills. And then the horse has to be over 10 and have won 20 competitions.

That's right! also - your mare specializes in western riding so entering the cutting competitions will help you bold the 3 top skills the fastest.

I took a big liking to Altair for some reason and since I just got paid, I figured I'd try and just buy it. Of course it just so happens that for some reason my geographical location does not allow me to purchase it. So much frustration!

I hope so! I am not usually interested in the divines, etc. so I don't usually try. Of course the one I AM interested in, is the one that I can't get because of location. I really don't understand how the game works anymore haha. I'm hoping I can try and get it through the event.

We can't get it because of shipping the figurine, and they apparently either charged a little extra in some places or not at all. Hence why unavailable to us. Plus the whatever the word is going on between countries etc. and it's frustrating due to the Altair with the packs are much higher skills and this and that.. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. If the do another divine promo with these figures I'll be highly upset as I do not believe it should be available to anyone if everyone can't get it. i more so understand the European serve maybe but the international server.. It's not fair to everyone in the game. Especially people who pour money in to it like I have.
