[Little Trickster]

i'm new to the writers' abode!

my pronouns are: He/Him
here's a bit about me/ my writing journey: I've been writing for years, but my main problem is my writing muse likes to leapfrog between different projects, along with a bit of an unfortunate perfectionist streak. Because of this, I don't really have anything close to an actual, full project. I am working through that though, and my goal for this coming November and onward into the current year is to make one of these stories fully exist - and the new adage goes, make it exist first, then you can make it better (or something like that).

As for the question of the week, I'm trying to think back to book serieses I read when I was younger... the only one that comes to mind that I would actually call a "children's" book series is the Magic Treehouse series, so I suppose I'll go with that by default!

I have the same problem, I've got maybe 15 different books going. The biggest one has about eight chapters done. Good luck on your goal!

I have around 5, so I feel that as well. I definitely jump between them based on what I'm in the mood for. XD
One of them is kinda done, but I've been in the process of editing that for like 5 years now, so I really don't know how 'done' anyone would consider it.

Good luck to all of us in managing our very many muse projects! NaNo is just around the corner. I usually use that as a kind of motivator to just get me to write.

^^ Felt! I just lost my hyperfixation on a fanfic I was brainstorming so then I dug up a main character idea I had like three years ago and now there's actually a plot and a full cast of characters. Often times I don't write any full chapters before my brain moves on to something else. I'm in the process of outlining atm so hopefully some chapters get written haha.

i haven’t visited this thread in a while because life got hectic but i MISS talking about my writing and seeing everyone’s wonderful projects. :’)

i recently submitted a short horror story to my uni’s english department to be spoken out loud and i’m kinda nervous but really proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone !!!!
