I'm lazy personally and I never have a lot to do with my ocs. I mainly only like doing proper roleplays but mostly we just do script ones on parps and that's not really my favourite area- as I'm more of a literate roleplayer (':

And the rp we have going on vs for fantrolls is like, really well established and when I attempted to join it just looked hard to jump into so I never did.

Have you tried out Cherubplay yet? Its so good for longterm rps, and you can make responses as long as you want! I have an ongoing rp with someone on there thats over 3 years old!
Plus like 90% of the people on there are very literate!

Dude same. I think the homestuck and fantroll famous were like my first steps into cs sub communities and they have offered me so many fond memories. I still remember some of the old people who were around in my early days before they either quit cs or moved on from homestuck entirely. I miss them all so much ):

Like I remember I use to have like? All these characters that had all these friends and some ships even? And is spend most of my time in cs checking back and forth between the fanclubs, roleplays we'd host, aus we'd draw and headcanons for, and the parps we made?

It was so amazing, even if I did grow mostly out of that style of roleplay or activities with maturity and age. It blows that we don't have all of our squad and we've been reduced to a small niche with five or so active members that stare wistfully at a fan club that's fallen from it's glory days only to hand on by the skin of its teeth.

i think its worth mentioning tho that for myself [and i think box too] it is exam season :p so perhaps some of the lack of activity is explained by the fact that its simply close to exam season?

oh yea, i definitely relate to that! my humanoid art skills are at least now somewhat decent [well when compared to my 2013 art... eugh]
and i def get the nostalgia feeling as well - i feel that way about other clubs too

a bit more related, a lil while ago i doodled duvekis ancestor and chopcis ancestor! theyre moirails and they fight crime [and pet many dogs!! many many dogs]

as weeg said... exams are basically taking up most of my life right now
i have no time to draw or roleplay, which are my only real methods of developing my troles or interacting with you guys
i tried to start up a msparp-based rp so we could all have a semi-relaxed way to develop our trolls and... it got deleted and i got a board warning so i guess we're not allowed to use msparp any more?

it has a randomise feature, so i messed around with it and came up with these amazing kids:

Its really cool tbh, theyre adding more and more things onto it to make it even more amazing- you can put up a desciption of a roleplay youre looking to have (doesnt need to be homestuck) and other people will connect if they like it! Theres also the directory, where you put up your rps and you can leave them up even when youre afk! Theres even a search function, so say you want to rp lik...steven universe? Just search it and you'll be flooded with a huge bundle of rp options and partners :> And if youre looking for a specific character, you can search that up too! You can get super super specific in it :D
