Just a suggestion for next year's SS, maybe have tiers like Plumies does, so people get grouped with other people who plan on doing the same amount of work. Because the current values are pretty vague.

yeah, like i did a lot, but i know some people did the bare minimum. you could request to be put on the higher tiers, and those tiers would have a higher minimum
