I believe I have a question.
I was thinking about making a Halloween "army" so I searched it up, and saw that the last one, it seemed pretty much dead, seeing the top five most recent posts were made in 2009.
Though, someone bumped it up in 2011, January, but has gotten no reply whatsoever.

So now I'm wondering, would it be alright to make a new one?

But for a question, can you make a topic about the same thing as someone else's, for instance, Harry potter, but if they had called it 'Harry Potter' could you call it something like, Potter fans?

No. If the HP thread is still active, then making another one with a different name is not allowed.

To those above asking about making a new club when the last one is inactive, I found this reply when looking through the messages on this thread, so I'm guessing it would be alright to make a new club if the last one is no longer active^^

no, it is alright. It answered my question because I found a very inactive and unorganized club(s) of my favorite fandom(s) Might make one though because I am dedicated to this one series so bad.

I'm not sure, for mine. I made it because the old one wasn't active since 2016-17. Which is almost five years, so I would just make a new one. Since you'll be active compared to the previous owner who didn't keep up, maybe they lost interest, left the site. who knows. I think over two years is fair, if you don't want to host try reviving it by posting or reach out to the original host? Perhaps y'all can make an active discussion which may drive people to it.

I would also check to see how many times it was remade and if it was necessary.
For me, the latest club was made a year after the previous one died. Which probably wasn't necessary but they did it anyway. All the past three threads are still open too.
