So if I have a wind lair and I breed a purple eyed baby.. what color do you think the eyes will be?

Wind. That means all your babies will have lightgreen eyes. The parent's eyecolor does not matter. only your elemental alignment does.

EDIT: let me word this better. I am in arcane flight, which means every baby bred in my nests will have pink eyes. Even if the parents have blue eyes, or yellow eyes. For example: i am breeding my arcane flight guardian with another user's light flight guardian. The babies' eyes will be pink, no matter what.

Unless you hatch an egg. The eye color of the eggs hatchling will depend on the flight of the egg itself. : )

Anyone from Shadow looking to sell a baby in the future.. I'm looking for specific colors for breeding later on. I want a dark gray/black body and a light gray wings. I don't care about the third basic. I just really want the purple eyes on a dark gray/light gray body/wings. Anyone interested in making a baby that looks like this, please let me know.
