It makes me want to cry every time I see one of these sweet babies get put down. I see all the ignorance that surronds people when they talk about this breed. More people get bit by golden retrievers per year then pit bulls. I hate animal abuse and all that goes along with it. Every animal deservises to live.

you all know who helen keller is right??the girl who was deaf and blind and became one of the greatest most inspirational speakers of all time? well her dog was a pitt bull. how easy would it be for a pittbull to tear someone as defenceless as that apart? so very easy. but did it? no, it didnt, it was sweet and kind and gentle with helen. how horrible is a dog that is nice to a blind girl that it could easily tear apart? not horrible. its incredible.

If you live somewhere around Caifornia or the United States, get all dogs vacinated with parvo shots as soon as possible. We just found out our youngest pit, Sissy who is now about seven months old, has parvo. The vet said it's been going around a lot lately.

Why you like pitbulls and what you think about their abuse: Like many on here I love all animals and I hate to see any hurt. I like Pitbulls in general because they have such a different personality to other dogs and can be a great family pet. I hate the reputation they have and the stupid people that fight them. It is so cruel for anything to have to fight another.

Why you like pitbulls and what you think about their abuse:Pitbulls are the best dogs!!! It's sp unfair!!! They only do dog fighting because there really loyal to their owners!!! And pitbulls are really great dogs, I had one when I was a kid and it didn't bite anyone, everyone loved her!!!

Why you like pitbulls and what you think about their abuse: i love pitbulls and i think that they are treated so wrongly (is that even a word?...) anyway, take my mum for example. she says that pitbulls are ugly, dangerous and should not be allowed to be bred at all! in my opinion, pitbulls are lonely, misunderstood creatures who, without people like us, will continue to be treated badly. SAVE THE PITS!!!!

Why you like pitbulls and what you think about their abuse: Pit Bulls RAWK!!! They are one of the most gentlest creatures on the planet and all they want to do is make their owners happy. They just want to be loved, just like you or I. In regards to their abuse, put down the owner, not the dog. These dogs are trainable not to be aggressive, even if they are, so take that Ceasar (I know he whispers to animals, but I still don't believe that he thinks all animals can't be re-trained) and I can't stand PETA
