Haha, no. But I don't really care about the identity or gender of the Pyro, really. It's charming not knowing because you can imagine them however you want. And whether male or female, they're still pretty badass. C:

One problem with that is the classes are equally divided into offense, defensive, and support; each group having 3 classes. Adding another class would be difficult, maybe even impossible. They already tried adding a tenth class and that failed. Besides, what can a new class do that's significant to the other classes? How would it be different?

I have no idea. I would just like to see a female on both teams. That's why I kind of imagine Pyro as a girl.

There are many non-canon female models of the mercenaries that are quite well done along with their voices. What if there was a mod where you can play as the female versions?

I totally agree with you. I think my friend has a female version of Spy, Medic and Scout on her TF2 game. I think, I'm not sure.

You can modify the skins.
There are quite a few female skins for the classes.
My favorite is Femscout. I also like Femgineer.
