My Chekov and Phantom are forever foals in a sense, I see them as "teenagers".

Venus is a forever foal. Galadriel also feels like she could be a forever foal to me; she just looks too innocent!

Kinda hard for me to answer the age question since half my herd is related and the ages wouldn't make since in human years xP would seem very strange if you went into depth thinking that Legolas has children 10-15 years younger than him lol
