He's a big nod to my character from Fallout New Vegas. :'D He's.. kind of a gift to myself since I've accomplished a lot lately and wanted to reward myself. His brown stripes are supposed to look pretty scraggly, but I might touch them up. Unsure yet.

Once I get all the customs in the archive, I'm going to start digging around to see if I can find names on my own.
