Ohh, that's really pretty! I love how you draw paws, they look so cool. Also, the curled in ears add a nice touch!
But I agree with Penguin, maybe a little less hot pink on the chest? Possibly add a light creamish color or white? I think a scarf with that color pink would look really cool as well. <3

I agree with Pen and Lunar about the chest, other than that it looks great^^ Maybe replace the pink fur with a pink bandana?
