What do you look for in a Mako?

recently i've been looking for hair, oddly enough, that appeals to me. natural colors and simpler designs have also begun to stick out.

How many Makos have you tried out for?

eight ?
i only consider one as a 'real' try-out though, since many i reserved but i actually didnt write anything, or it was a contest.

What's your favorite part of Mako tryouts?

writing :u
i am much of a writer, and if i find a mako that click stories and ideas often comes naturally. i love going in-depth, trying out personalities, and writing stories

Do you normally portray Makos as anthro or feral in tryouts?

feral. i am not much of an anthro person at all.

What do you look for in a Mako?
A well-made design or one that catches my fancy. There are a few things that absolutely make me like the character a lot more. One of them is white hair or red hair <3 vuv And little accessories. <3 Scarves, eyepatches, armor, etc. But nothing too complicated. As long as the color palette is nice, I like it <3 C: Or the theme it has going on is well-executed <3

What Mako(s) would you like to see as pups/with EPS?
My Soven. <333 And... Cole's custom? As well as the one I think Vintage got from Aeolus c: They're cuties <3

How many Makos have you tried out for?
Three. vuv And recently too.

What's your favorite part of Mako tryouts?
Forms that require not as much effort.. I typically am not fond of impress me forms as that promotes a lot of competition and tends to scare me away. Only once have I decided to enter an impress me tryout for a different design, but I like little small contests that ask for little snippets of personality or fun questions that allude to the mako or character itself, but don't require us to entirely throw ourselves into the design with all heart and soul. I know from talking to others who've invested a lot of effort in heavy-competition try-outs that it's tough to shrug off a loss if you're really attached. So short forms with interesting requirements are the types of tryouts I like C:

Do you normally portray Makos as anthro or feral in tryouts?
Anthro. XD Because they can be so much more versatile C: They have fingers hehe. >w>

What do you look for in a Mako?
Colors. I'm not a very natural design type of person. I LOVE colors that aren't brown and grey alone. Hense why I'm not trying out for Mako 100. Because I like pop. Granted, I do own Fawn and he's brown, but he's mainly brown and red and orange, he fits together nicely ;u; so colors. Like Rai's lilac/pink/grey/white mix and 90s orange/blue/red mixes~

What Mako(s) would you like to see as pups/with EPS?
My Rai and Fawn, as well as Fiasco, Milo, and many others pups are adorable xD

How many Makos have you tried out for?
Too many to count I guess. I tend to drop out though. I dropped out of MANY when I found Alavi(90). I tend to think I have a great idea and connect, then it feels cliched and I feel lame and... Yeah xD

What's your favorite part of Mako tryouts?
Impress me impress me impress me! Or anything to do with art/stories/extras <3 I'm the kind of person who believes you need to make the artist/reader feel the character thoroughly. Like Rai... I showed the importance of his/his grandfathers clock. And Fawn's love of candles, and Alavi's need to serve his master properly... So yeah

Do you normally portray Makos as anthro or feral in tryouts?
Well... Rai was quad and is mainly quad, but Alavi and Fawn were Anthro, I prefer anthro because they can do so much more. And... I have mainly anthro/human OCs :'D I'm kinda lame xD

What do you look for in a Mako?
I just look for the uniqueness, the design. I need something that will spark myinterest and inspire me enough to actually make an effort. I need something eye-catching, a mako of which I can feel who it will be just by looking at it. I need ideas to flow through my head without any doubts as soon as I look at it.

What Mako(s) would you like to see as pups/with EPS?
I really don't know. xD

How many Makos have you tried out for?
Only two, I've only found them and found some I've been interested in very recently.

Haumea, from manga sherbet. She is beautiful and seems to have a lot of character.

Do you normally portray Makos as anthro or feral in tryouts?
I haven't tried out for many but I always try out for anything that is an animal in it's feral form. I couldn't imagine it to be anything else.

What do you look for in a Mako?
A connection.
If I am going to try out for something, I need that connection, as it allows me to actually write and develop it. Without that I can barely write the form.

How many Makos have you tried out for?
Let me see... Lumen, I tried for #13 then dropped out, #26, Azureus, #41, #50 (we don't know results yet ;o;), #62, #74 then I dropped out, #97 then also dropped out, and I'm going to try for #100. So... That would be...
Tried out for 7 without dropping out, won 2 (possibly 3) from that. Not too bad.

I don't know who owns what Makos very well XD But no, I wouldn't, because I love my boys and I'm low on slots anyway XD
