Why you want to join: I'm allergic to bad grammar. Whenever someone uses chatspeak, my skin itches and I feel the overwhelming need to re-write whatever may be the offending writing.
Anything else? I get into random derp-fits where I may spontaneously use caps. I really do try to not, but it just sounds so much more awesome in my head when I re-read it >_>

Why you want to join:
I want to join because I hate bad grammar. I correct people at school when they speak or even when they type something. In conversations on instant messaging, I even use correct grammar and spelling, and correct my friends when they use chat speak. I hate chat speak with a burning passion. It is useless and, in my opinion; lazy. Ticks, as you call them, should be weeded out and straightened up.
