Heather becoming chief of the Berserkers would make sense, to a degree.

Since we don't know /exactly/ what happened to her and Dagurs father, Heather would be the only remaining one in the line of blood (Provided that Dagur actually /is/ dead, and dreamworks isn't just throwing us through a loop). The problem with this is that as I've stated previously, Heather isn't exactly Stable, either. She has a Tendency to run away from her problems and certain responsibilities. Sound Familiar? It should, it cost Stoick his life.

Call it a gut feeling if you will, but it wouldn't surprise me if they chose to parallel Hiccup in that way. Only rather than let Heather run from her Tribe as Hiccup did the Notion of being Chief, they'll have her take on the role and tackle what's set out before her. Sort of a "Two side's of the same coin" deal, hm?

A Hiccup-Heather parallel would definitely be really interesting. I'm not a huge fan of Heather but she's definitely an interesting character and I think her eventually becoming chief would be cool. The fact they mentioned Heather and Dagur's father having "disappeared" instead of dying, I'm guessing that we'll learn more about him and what happened to him, and maybe if he turns out to be alive Heather might go back to Berserker island with him? Even if we don't see Oswald and Heather doesn't become chief, I do wonder who's in charge of the Berserkers currently. Dagur was in prison for three years so someone must have taken over in the meantime.

I'm excited to do my binge-watching thing and totally blow through all the episodes in one night. xD
Although I should probably watch the previous 13 episode over again, to refresh my brain on the story since I was distracted with Voltron for a bit.

Yeah, the trailer's for season 4 - only five days away now! :0 I'm super excited, especially since s3 ended on a cliffhanger.
I'm not usually one for bingewatching shows, but whenever a new RTTE season is released I wake up as soon as they're released and I marathon them all, haha
