Ten years.

Great StarClan I'm old.
I found the book when someone I knew in class was reading them and I thought they looked good.

Well, I'm not as much as an oldie as all of you. Ha. I found the series back in 2013. I had been mildly interested after playing Warrior Cats Untold Tales and I loved books, so I decided to read it.

......And now Crookedstar is my son XD

I became invested in the series immensely in ... 2009? Probably a little longer than that. You could consider me a part of the fandom since then; it was my first fandom. I found them through a website called Howrse; I saw people raving about them, so I decided after several months to borrow the first book from the library. I now have most of them and I love them more than I ever have. c:

Let's see.. About 5 years ago? My cousin was telling me about this book she was reading called Bluestar's Prophecy. The way she described it sounded amazing! I went to look for it at my school library and saw a number of Warriors books, but to my disappointment, Bluestar's Prophecy wasn't there. I didn't notice the numbers on the spine at the time, and just picked a random book. It happened to be Eclipse, the 4th book in the 3rd arc  I grabbed it because Jayfeather looked like my cat, Goose. I read on from that point, but eventually went back and started from the very beginning with Into the Wild.

How long have you been apart of the warriors fandom? and how did you find the warrior books?
I remember the very first time I found the warriors books was back in like 2011 or 2012. I rushed ahead of my mom in the mall and got to the exit before her. As I didn't feel like waiting for her there, I walked into the bookstore. A book that quickly caught my eye was the one with all the cats on it. I really wanted it, but my mom didn't buy it for me and we left the store. Later on I was at my friend's house, and she had to do something so she just just gave me one of her books. By chance it happened to be a warriors book. I remember something about a patrol heading to a gathering, and that one of the cats was worried because some cat was murdered? I can't recall exactly what book it was, or the cats names as it was in German. Then a year or 2 later, now living in Canada, I stumbled upon the sss warrior cats videos. That made me want to read the warriors books even more. I was finally in a book store with money, and I got the first book. I couldn't help but read it while returning home. As it was pretty short, I finished it before going to bed. I remember while reading the series I discovered all the amv's and map's. Surprisingly, I recognized a few from even before reading warriors (Like squirrelflights surprise and a hollyleaf I'm not the one)

Thanks a million for linking that! I'll be in university when the book comes out, so now I can get a head start since I figure a bookstore trip won't be in my near future when I'm focusing on exams and portfolios! XD

How long have you been apart of the warriors fandom? and how did you find the warrior books?

My friends LOCW_Bluestarwarrior and Sparrow got me into it at the same time! I think it was the end of 2009 when I became a fan. But prior to, one of my old classmates was a Warriors fan, I had nothing to read, so she let me read her books during our reading day. They made NO sense to me, but I really liked Rise of Scourge. (It wasn't connected to other books so it made sense for a then non-Warriors person.)

Later on, when I was reading Warriors, I discovered Rise of Scourge again as a companion to the main series and I was so unbelievably happy because I didn't realize Rise of Scourge was a Warriors book when I first read it. I got so nostalgic with that, haha.

I have been a part of the warriors fandom since 2009. I found them by the internet about a year before I started reading them, and when I got my first book I fell in love. I had always loved cats, so books about cats was already a yes to me. And then I got into it, more and more, and more.. The first death of the books happened and I think that was when my obsession flew away into reality XD.
