Not normally, unless you're a staff member.
However, there is on occasion the chance of some sort of special contest where the prize is a custom of sorts, so keep an eye out!

So, I decided to name the boy I won last night/this morning Enero. He's a pop star! (or rock star, I haven't decided) Here's some silly art of him at a concert. <3

I want to start doing art and stuff on my first Mako, Gamble, but I won't know about his character until I know whether or not I win a mako I'm trying out for (their paths are intertwined). So Gamble is going sadly ignored for the time being, but sooooooon ~
