Curious does anyone else experience this?

I log onto my phone FR so easily and the only defect is the slow horrendious loading. When I try to log onto the computer it says I typed it wrong. I do the password and User correctly but all I get is that I am wrong. When I change my password to the same password and it says I can log on now. Only thing is I do the user/password correctly but its says I am wrong. What should I do...?

Try a different browser, I cant get on through Internet Explorer, but chrome works

This ^ I use chrome for FR, I really wish it would work on internet explorer though.
