      Hurrah, I was able to plant the seed! How exciting, I can't wait to start buying up other seeds and mastering them! (-:
      Congratulations on the 5th villager, Bone! I'm still collecting wood to make the house for my fifth, haha.

For each dome, according to the doctors guide, there are 4 minor illnesses and 1 major. Has anyone caught a major one? What does it do? What are the 'large, detrimental effects'?

Also i forgot to mention my FV username is Azalesha too c: Please add me ;D

Edit: I hope this means that you can also build houses (and make other things) for other areas too, but it would make sense if you had to buy the knowledge or something, seeing as everything uses different materials.

Just got my third villager slot :'3
I plan on making up a name character to go along with FurVilla :'D
I'm almost done with a certain user's character (*cough* J *cough*)

I currently have a doctor.
I'm trying to have him craft as many cures as possible so that they're 100% effective when used on a villager.
He heavily relies on the herbalist to harvest him the plants to craft the recipes he's learned.

So if anyone from oceandome needs a doctor he'll be available later. I mean I can craft cures for you right now but the chances of them being successful is low. Hopefully I'll be able to have him learn recipes from other villages.

@Jack: I'm also collecting wood for my 6th villager since you need to build another house.
It took 5 hours for my construction worker to craft one.

I haven't heard that major diseases cause any different effects from minor ones, they just require a cure that is much more expensive in terms of materials to cure.

And I know this question was already answered but yes, you can plant other villages' seeds. The only thing is that doctors can't learn medicines from other villages, so you won't be able to craft them into anything, only sell them to someone else.

      Thanks to my construction worker's illness, it's going to be a whopping eight hours before my house is finished, lol. And that's just the first one.
      At least there's other stuff to do while waiting.

      I wonder if we'll be able to learn other cures in the future. It just seems like it'd be a shame if you had a doctor only for it to max out at such an early point, you know? It'd grow boring, I guess is what I'm getting at. The idea of having maxed out all of my seeds made me want to switch from herbalist earlier-- and I mean, now I have more to do, but eventually I'll max all of that out, too.

      I think my fifth is going to be a warrior, for sure. Wanna know what that's like!

Yeah, I agree. I'm sure they'll add more illnesses to keep the doctors busy.

Having a warrior is expensive in my point of view. So expensive. Make sure to go to the maintenance market in your town hall and use people's blacksmiths to repair your equip since it'll be cheaper than buying a new weapon. They'll typically charge 1-2 fc per durability point.

I started constructing a house earlier with my sick villager and it's going to take 9 hours total, so I definitely feel your pain.

Honestly, I'm not sure I'm looking forward to more cure additions because that'd likely mean more illnesses. As it is now, it's way too easy for villagers to get sick. x.x

But I can totally see the concern of careers losing their fun factor over time. Hopefully we get new features once things have settled.
