I have a question(s) relating to these two rules;

★ Customs are for staff only unless won in an event or some other agreement.
★ Artists may have up to three customs, moderators two and all others one. If they work hard enough, maybe more.

I'm confused, and it's probably me overthinking stuff but...

One rule says staff only, the other says "All others"
so is "all others" like... non-staff all others, or all other staff members that don't fall under artists/moderators
Also, what does it mean by "some other agreement" (like paying for a custom?)

I'm not looking for a custom or anything ^^; I'm just trying to get acquainted with all the rules and such since I'm new to the comm. So basically, I'm curious!

Josh: Oh yeah it's that way if you're talking about birdsway, but -tries not to laugh- you seem a little featherless, -still tries not to laugh- and as you don't seem to be a birdbrained one either -laughs- I think you can guess that you have to make your way around. Good luck though -walks off giggling-
Kyron: That way. -Nicks head in the direction-
Altaia: ... I- I don't really know... I think it's that way -points with tail-
Contra: I dunno and a really don't care. If you're not out for a date sweetheart then I won't bother with you -turns around and walks off-

didn't put wich one it is as well I don't have a set one for any of them and not all of them read books...
Josh: Oh my gosh you read that book too! It's amazing isn't it? Like how can one not want to read it it's just ah so good. All those who just watch the movies can throw themselves into a wall or more literally a bookshelf. Josh: Chest first obviously, Better check out what lies first, the lever and the door can get me anywhere. the worst thing that can happen with the chest is and Explosive surprise -giggles- or something like that. And to be honest I have had worst thing happen to me, it's not that I can't handle a little explosion or two

Altaia: door, feels safest and most likely to not be booby-trapped or something. I just want to get out and not have anything blown into my face...
Contra: Chest, might be something interesting in there now won't it? It's worth a check at lest

Netala: Lever, Hopefully that would lead to something exiting :D. Chest are just boring and stuff you have to stop up for and well doors just leads to the other side and what's fun with that.
Tikario: Levers are fun :D whatever can happen, chest just has stuff in them and doors just lead to somewhere. Levers can actually do stuff, adventurous stuff. And who wouldn't want that?

Just avoid trying to strike up an agreement of any kind. It merely depends.
