It may be because the site is currently under reconstruction and it'd be too risky to let anymore users join until it is completed, I'm sure you'll be able to as soon as the website is completed however. c:

Yep in the "Eldemore is Taking a Break" section on the front page on Eldemore it says that new user registration will be disabled until they reopen. Here's the thread for the various updates of the site from Zayin if you want to see what's been done so far
