"List pet" doesn't really mean VR, Candy c: There are a lot of VR PS'es that aren't on the list
A list PS simply means that it's on the main list, and usually in high demand or from some of the original PS litters ^^ c:
That PS was from the "Real Dogs" litter from the end of v.2, and is based off a chocolate lab<3
It was one of the most demanded from that litter, hence it being on the list ^^

I can definitely understand the pre-V3 squirrels being more in demand
Especially as far back as a V1 PS, they must be very hard to come by these days
