i really love some of the lyrics tyler && josh come up
with tbh - the lyrics are probably why i love tøp so much tbh

call me a fake fan but i honestly adore the "i ponder of something
great/my lungs will fill/and then deflate" from car radio. car radio was
the first track i ever listened to and that line just stuck with me for
so long after i first heard that track, as well as "and now i just sit in
silence".
i also like "i'm never what i like/i'm double-sided" from semi automatic
as i have borderline personality disorder and that's!! literally!! me!!

my favourite blurryface lyrics are probably "though i'm weak/and beaten
down/i'll slip away/into the sound" from goner because it reminds me of
car radio and it's just literally spine chilling i literally get shivers every
time i listen to that one lyric. i also really like "i don't care what's in your
hair/i just wanna know what's on your mind" from we don't believe what's
on t.v because it sounds like it's about josh!! and their super cute friendship!!
and it just makes me really happy because i love josh and tyler's friendship so
much and hhhhh

@comic sans I COMPLETELY get where you're coming from. car radio, as well as Semi-automatic, are two of my favorites. Coincidentally, they're also the first two top songs I heard. And you reminded me- I love love love the line from we don't believe what's on TV, "I need to know, that when I fall, you'll still be here." It reminds me a lot of my life because my worst fear is being abandoned, so I relate to that line a lot and that song is just perfect and YES FRIENDSHIP I ship joshler really hard, but in a friendship way. Like, I just want them to be friends so hard for the rest of eternity.

those are my favorite. It really says a lot about Tyler's character and who he is as a person.

My favorite line is also from Kitchen Sink uwu "Nobody thinks what I think, Nobody dreams when they blink." It has tons of meaning behind it, and if asked to write an analysis paper on it, I probably could. However, some of my other favorite lyrics are:
"Sometimes quiet is violent"
"Some see a pen I see a harpoon"
"The sun will rise, and we will try again"
and another one of my top favorites, next to the Kitchen Sink lyrics "So excuse us while we sing to the sky"

Speaking of fake fans, I had a rough encounter with one. First off, she tried to tell me that I wasn't a real fan, and that she was. Then she went "Have you heard Blurryface?" I said yes bc who hasn't..? But then she responds with "It's my favorite song. When it comes on the radio I have to listen to it."
I then realized she was talking about Stressed Out. Needless to say, I quickly walked away

Oh goodness, that's quite an encounter. I'm completely cool with people who only like stressed out/ have only heard blurryface/ only like their more mainstream sounding songs+what's been on the radio (I nearly screamed when I heard lane boy on our local alternative station, I'm so proud of the boys) but when people claim to be THE BIGGEST fans and claim to know EVERY song, and then look at you like you have two heads when you say the words, "josh dun," or "regional at best," then I get a bit annoyed.
