Or a shredded letter

The silver lining ripped
A tear in the words
The wheel that just slipped
The crash we all heard

I wish for sunny days
I wish for more time
I wish for better pay
I wish for no more crime

But of all these wishes
Only one can come true
So I'll recount all your kisses
And then I'll wish for you
