Oh, bonfire night is to celebrate a plot a guy called Guy Fawkes (if that's how you spell his name XD) made but failed in. He transported loads and loads of gunpowder under the large main courtroom thingy (at the time oh and this was along time ago XD) where almost al of London's and mostly England's parliament was going to be and he plotted to kill them all by blowing them al up with the gunpowder he had geniously transported, however he was rated out and hung drawn and quartered. :# Sorry it's not I depth or anything but I'm tired and it's late here.
