So I'm fleshing out my pack a bit, and I've decided to make it probably more complicated than necessary. Trainees train to become Scrapers, who make dens, but they also have some other skills taught to them. Scrapers then have to defeat a Gatherer in order to rank up, and Gatherers have to defeat Scouts, and Scouts have to defeat Warriors, and Warriors have to defeat Spies. Spies are the highest non-high rank, and the highest rank you have to challenge to reach. Then, if a SC fails a challenge three times in a row, they are locked into their rank forever.
