been to any concerts? yes! several including: ingrid michaelson, troye sivan (twice), ariana grande, katy perry, adele, and U2!
how has your music taste changed over the years? i've become more into the alternative indie side of pop, mainly becuase i was super into top 40 growing up, but i didn't like the overplayed stuff.
are there any songs that make you emotional? all i want by kodaline, talk me down by troye sivan, and i'm tired of being alone by WRENN all make me cry super easily, but i tend to just get emotional with all music.
how important are the lyrics of a song vs. the tune/music? LYRICS. CAN. AND. WILL. MAKE. OR. BREAK. A. SONG.
what are your favorite song subjects? i like songs about the artist themselves, where it is more raw and actually them talking about life.

i'm gonna answer my own questions!
vinyl, cd, or mp3? vinyl! i collect them, i have about 4 or 500 right now.
favorite album covers/art? maybe a beach full of shells by al stewart? not sure though.
if you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be? to hard, haha.
been to any concerts? yep! art garfunkel, gordon lightfoot, and al stewart x3.
how has your music taste changed over the years? when i was about 4-8 years old, ALL i listened to were the beatles. nothing else, just the beatles. i had my stash of beatles cds and a cd player that i took with me everywhere. then i started to drift away from the beatles and just listened to a lot of random songs (not any particular artists) for a few years. then i discovered folk and folk-rock, and gradually found several artists of those genres that i liked over a few years.
are there any songs that make you emotional? not really. i listen to plenty of sad songs (and quite like them), but i don't think i've ever gotten emotional over a song.
how important are the lyrics of a song vs. the tune/music? the lyrics, but the tune still plays a role in whether i like it or not. like if a heavy metal song has great lyrics, i still probably wouldn't listen to it because i'm just not a fan of that genre.
what are your favorite song subjects? i like songs that are about things that not many others have written about, or at least a different/unique take on a common subject (for example, love songs). no specific things though.
do you play any instruments? yep! guitar, banjo, mandolin, and ukulele.
