I haven't seen too many Armstrong cosplayers (at least in my city). Shame. He's such a good character in my opinion.
There was a con in my hometown just a month ago and I saw an Ed cosplayer there. They were pretty cool though I was too shy to approach them >.>

oh, that reminded me that i saw an ed cosplayer last october at comic con, and i got a picture of them, actually speakin of. their costume was really good, they fit the bill quite nicely, imo!!
i used to have a cos alphonse cosplay bt. i cut my hair, so now i'd need to buy a wig rip--
but? i haven't seen any armstrong cosplayers around, either, and i could certainly agree with berwald with him being a great character. depressing that he isn't getting any of the credit he deserves, really.

My con runs rampant with Eds. There's also quite a few mustangs and Riza's. I counted two Hughes. There was also an amazing armor Alphonse. Apparently there was a Barry the chopper armor that I didn't see tho

Yeah. He's also the main character so people are really gonna go try with that. I think the most interesting part is seeing how/if ppl do his automail! I'm really hopping one day I can buy that glove sort of thing thats the automail. I know it will be pricey so it will help if I get a job first lol

That's what stopped me from cosplaying Ed... I saw an automail arm but it was over 100$, way over my budgetxD

You could always do the jacket and gloves. I think thats how most people go when they do cosplay him.

Oddly enough, I feel like I've seen Vic Mignogna more times than I've seen a FMA cosplay at a con... o_o;

I may have seen a Winry or two, maybe an Ed. I want Ed's red jacket though, like... just to wear casually. It's the coolest looking jacket ever~ D:

I only saw like three Winrys at this con, but that was more than I have ever seen. This year I didnt do many FMA pictures, tho. Usually I only saw them when I was super busy omg
