Archive Help!

MLC's archivist, XandraT8, is updating and organizing the archives to make it easier for everyone to find their MLCs.
Many users change their usernames and as a result the archives often become mixed up. To make it easier for Xandra, I'm asking everyone to fill out the form below with their usernames and any MLCs that are not currently archived. Please include both the MLC's name and picture if possible, and if not, please put a description. If you have your own list where you store your MLCs, please put that in the 'other' section. Here is a link to the archives.
Do not post your form on the main thread, post it here on the discussion thread.

XandraT8 is also looking for helpers to assist her in finding and organizing MLCs. Updating the archives is a long and complicated process, so understand that this job will take a lot of work and a lot of time. You will have to look through past MLC threads and artist galleries, match usernames, sort breedings, and group MLCs for every person. If you wish to help, please PM your form to XandraT8, do not post it on the discussion thread.

Rules:
-You must have a lot of available time, work ethic, and especially patience.
-Xandra and I will make sure you have the links and resources you need.
-Remember, be polite and don't argue with the mods.
-Please PM XandraT8 or me any questions you have.
-You will need to record usernames, MLC names, gender, and artists.
-Some people keep their own lists of MLCs, and you are allowed to look through those if you find them. Make sure you check to make sure the MLCs' names haven't changed.
-PM your form to XandraT8.
