i've got a question, at what time does dragon spawn for the second time,
also would taking a tower be prioritized over getting dragon??

first dragon spawns in at 2:30 and then respawns 6:00mins later, after you kill it. so at exactly what time the dragon respawns is kinda depending on when you actually kill it.
as for prioritizing, im not really sure.
i mean, i think it depends on if you're falling behind the other team or if you're ahead.

Also you almost always prioritize getting a tower over a dragon no matter what, the only time you should get a dragon over tower is if maybe the enemey team is defending against super minions from a broken inhib, other-wise you really don't wanna leave the enemy team alone too long if your ahead because that gives them time to farm up, back door one of your own towers ect.. Unless just one of your members is getting dragon at a time where their not needed at the moment for anything else.
