I'm going to add some more rules for the pound, so not anyone can adopt (because someone might get 2 from the same litter easily), so do you think only nonowners can adopt or the best name and gender win??

I think best name and gender, but there should be a maximum amount of entries.
If it's non-owners only, someone could have only 1 SSC for a really long time (it happened to me in another AC), since it's only 0.
