mmmph on the old thread i posted this and didn't really get any good recommendations [well i only saw naala's so if you replied too i must of not saw it, sorry!! so go ahead and repeat yourself!].a few of the animes i really like are dangan ronpa, panty and stocking with garterbelt, akuma no riddle, zexal ii, aquarion evol, aquarion,k-on, kill la kill, tamako market, and puella magi madoka magica! and the genres i really like are sci-fi, action, moe, psychological, dementia, fantasy, shoujo, thriller and horror [also romantic subplots INVOLVING ALIENS in the series are nice too.]

By the way @Nitro Indigo - while I admit that I haven't watched much of the new Digimon seasons, you should probably start with Adventure 01 and then Adventure 02 because the first like 6 series reference each other a lot.

By the way, is Red from Pokémon: The Origin voiced by the same person as Kirito from Sword Art Online?

If you mean the Japanese version he has voice of Junko Takeuchi, so he sounds like Naruto xD

According to Wikipedia, he does.
I've just started noticing Bryce Papenbrook in the anime world, but he has been with it for a little while. Although I think his most notable things are the more recent ones: Rin in Ao no Exorcist, Kirito, and Eren in SnK.

Okay. How long are they?

Digimon Adventure 01 is 54 episodes long, and Adventure 02 which picks up with the same characters 3 years later is 50 episodes. There's also Digimon: The Movie which is actually composed of multiple shorter movies. If you watch in Japanese I think you'll find them all separately instead of listed as one movie. Because 01 and 02 tell the same story, I tend to just think of them as one 104 episode anime.

By the way, after 01 and 02, the rest of the seasons are stand-alone in their own separate worlds, sometimes which completely contradict the other series. However, sometimes characters pop up again briefly suggesting the different series do tell parts of one cohesive story about the same Digital World. Especially Digimon Fusion I don't recommend watching unless you have seen all the others, because the reference to the other series is noteworthy and it's not going to be rewarding at all unless you know the characters.

If you happen to have Netflix, 01 and 02 are both up there right now. I've been really evnjoying rewatching for the first time in like 15 years <3 For some reason new merchandise for 01 is coming out again and I don't know why, but I will throw all my money at them. XD

Is it just me, or does Edward inexplicably look signifigantly older when Roy shows up than he did when he tried to DEFY THE LAWS OF NATURE(!) in episode 3 of FMA03? #BadlyWordedYes And wouldn't the boys kind of melt in fire? OnO

So 104 episodes combined... might try that out. If I watched all 115 episodes of Fullmetalchemist (new nickname) in 27 days, I might finish Digimon Adventure in an even shorter amount of time if I like it! I already knew there was a Digimon movie that was a combination of three movies, but that's all I knew about it.

i started reading the akuma no riddle manga!!! its really good, better than the anime in my opinion. they cut out so many good scenes!!
