i need to start drawing my boy, beverly. i swear his face should be an example of the world 'perfect' in the oxford dictionary or something.

i'ma answer a few question and ask one so my post won't be just.. there XD
Is there anything people would like to see? Or even colour suggestions, etc.?
- how about.. one with a chocolate brown face and legs, with a darker muzzle and small either dark or cream freckles near the cheeks/eyes. it's body can be a cream color with some fluffy-looking brown stripes running from shoulder to rump.

What's your otter(s)' favourite word or phrase? Why?
- say 'fish sticks' or heck even 'treat' and bev goes from the noble otter to the common household puppy.

Any romantic interests of your otter(s)?
- Beverly thinks #14 is cute, he's such a sucker for baby blue fins, and saying that he may have a wittle crush on azurine, #8 as well o///o

If your otter(s) could switch bodies with any other otter, who would it be?
- probably with one of the holiday event otters with the antlers c:

calypso definitely takes to warmer water. not necessarily tropical, but not cold.
azurine, of course, is a frosty little girl. she loves cold water, and it must have snow. lots of snow.

I'm always interested in gift lines, but I could be biased... XP
And I'm glad you like his face. Personally, I'm a sucker for the blue eyes.

Aspen would prefer chillier fresh water, like fast-flowing mountain rivers and streams. In general, she avoids the ones that ice over, though, as they make her nervous.

i think they're fine with the backgrounds, it helps with the overall look<3 but if someone asks for the transparency perhaps the artist can make a separate version without the bg?

i'm not sure if i can formulate a response for the second question, i'm dead tired XD

I like the backgrounds, and I agree with Venari as well, I think the backgrounds are fine, and we can just ask for a transparent version if we would like one.

Roe would definitely want to be in a cold area with water.

For now it's not colored, and there's like 5 things that are bothering me..... that tail and the horns mainly..

I love the backgrounds; maybe with each adopt the artist adds a transparent version of it?

All of that art looks great! And I know they aren't particularly easy to draw, so extra kudos for that!
I need to remember to add those gift lines to my list...

If you guys have particular trouble with fins, remember that the fins are retractable in that they can lay flat against the otters back and tail so that they are mostly hidden by the fur, or can be partially up, etc. :)

Thanks for the input on the backgrounds, I'll be keeping them then :)

Behaviour wise, it prevents them from accidentally hurting others as well.
