Yeah, I saved from an animated picture, and it ended up weird... I couldn't save it as png.the other one was bmp.. I think it was...

.png is a universal file; any program supports it. If it's a "bmp" then you must be using MS paint. Save it and manually replace the ending to .png, it WILL save, because I've done it XD If it doesn't, your computer is missing a file in it's registry (dangerous), or you messed up. You should probably use a better program anyway, because MS Paint is pretty Kindergarten level compared to the programs like Gimp, or Sai. Some artists also like Paint.net and Pixlr . . .

I use pixlr, unpload on imgur, but 90% it comes out .gif, is that a problem?

Click the save file dropthingy and select PNG. ^*^

.gif is THE best file for both animation and images on the internet . . .so . . . perfect XD

I do, but when I upload it it turns .gif . . .
