changing the topic off the current update a bit, but what do yall usually play when you're with your friends in genshin ? or do yall just do regular genshin stuff like grinding and domains or just messing around in the world ?

usually me and my friends play hide and seek in liyue harbor, play "the klee game" where we all switch to klee and burn the grass to see which one of us can survive the longest, a game thats basically the equivalent of an escort quest and we also like to spice it up with a team rando where we fight a random boss with a randomly assigned team !

the open worldness of genshin makes it really fun to just come up with games like that, it's a blast. what do yall usually do with your friends when doing domains gets tiring ??

i'm in a discord server with several of my friends, and we all have each other as friends on genshin

when i first started playing, a couple of my friends joined my world and we all brought our ambers out and kept aiming at each other with charged shots to try and burn the grass under our feet and see who would end up dying first, it was really funny

another friend of mine helped me with chasm stuff, and every time i got into a cutscene, they would mess around in the background behind one of the characters

lastly, a friend, a kokomi lover, joined me when her banner was up alongside ganyu's, and we went to watatsumi island together and wished for her (they already had kokomi, perhaps was going for a constellation or two) and i got her! she's been in my team ever since, replacing barbara as the healer and she is SO GOOD and her design is really pretty too


but nowadays, if one of my friends requests to join my world, we end up going for artifact domains. i'd like to continue messing around in genshin impact without a care in the world like i did in my early days

I tried and get my brother to play with me, I think he likes but is not too interested in all the long dialogue. But when we do play it’s mainly domains and me carrying him so he can get the 5 star artifacts

sadly neither of my friends play genshin much anymore. when we did play together though it was just when they were struggling with something and wanted me to help lol

i usually play by myself now but sometimes if i don't have any plans aside from exploration or farming materials i'll open my world to anyone that needs materials or whatever. a lot of them take what they need and go (which is fine!) but sometimes i get someone rlly fun or interesting ^^ (will never forget the person that made me follow them around the entirety of teyvat wiping out the ruin guard population, or the rlly nice yoimiya that ran the geo cube with me like 6 times :'D very appreciated)

really excited for the next windtrace because i love meeting all the different people!

Unfortunately I don't have any friends to play with aside from one but she's on a different server than me. We did co-op on my alternate account though and mostly it was her protecting me and destroying every enemy in sight while I got use to the game since I was freshly new at the time. I really wish I could play with her on my main account. It's got all my 5 stars and good stuff on it. ;w;

I am still a total novice and my artifacts and damage sucks but I run characters on my team I have the most fun with. Zhongli, Diluc, Tighnari, and Cyno. <3

But since I have horrific social anxiety I have a hard time letting people join my world. It gets really lonely sometimes. :')

scaras really fun but my heart aches at having yet another high investment hypercarry ^^; time to add the new domain to my farming rotations... i still don't have a decent 4pc for my raiden, xiao, or cyno </3 i feel like i've been in the emblem domain for years

Before my bell was leveled up I was running lost prayers and it honestly,,, worked better than the bell 💀 i dont really regret pulling for it tho since i have future plans for lost prayers if a character i want ends up catalyst as predicted, but its a great option! if you dont have that, the widsith and solar pearl work great too. dodoco tales also works since he's really charge attack heavy, but the ones with crit substats are better

I def only really do domains/bosses with friends in genshin outside of coop events (cant wait for windtrace again btw.) I like to explore on my own so dont do that with friends. Occasionally strangers join my world and i really hate it when people do so to just "hang out/ im bored" i dont mind if they need stuff, but idk how to entertain yall strangers 😭 whenever i get bored/dont have resin but still want to play i coop random domains to help people go do that askjdnakjsd

first round of pulls and no scara 😭 I'm not too worried since I have time but I am out of primos and didn't even get gorou I will fight a baby to get him >:(

I don't have time to play for a hot minute though since it's finals week next week and I really gotta study and finish up projects. once I'm done I can actually catch up on the story which should get me some more primos to waste on the rng gods
