I love the original Star Trek (can't stand the next generation. Although I did enjoy the 2009 movie :3). I have a quote that I believe that you may need to add. It's from the episode, "The Naked Time" in which the crew encounters a mysterious virus on an ice-covered planet that removes all inhibitions to a dangerous degree and is spread by touch. Kirk upon becoming infected, says in one of my most memorable Stark Trek quotes: "No beach to walk on." I don't know why I love it, but I do XD Adding more:
-McCoy to Spock: "Once, just once I'd like to be able to land someplace and say: 'Behold, I am the archangel Gabriel.'"
-Spock to McCoy: "I fail to see the humor in that situation, Doctor."
-McCoy to Spock: "Naturally, you could hardly claim to be an angel with those pointed ears, Mr. Spock. But say you landed someplace with a pitchfork..."
From the episode "Bread and Circuses" in which Spock, Kirk and McCoy are abducted from the Enterprise to fight in a gladiatorial style arena.
Also from "Bread and Circuses:
-Spock to McCoy: "Really doctor, I had no idea you were trained. Watching you I assumed it was trial and error."

I keep six honest serving-men
(They taught me all I knew);
Their names are What and Were and When
And How and Why and Who.
I send them over land and sea,
I send them east and west;
And after they have worked for me,
I give them all a rest.
I let them rest from nine till five,
For I am busy then,
As well as breakfast, lunch, and tea,
For they are hungry men.
But different folk have different views;
I know a person small~
She keeps ten million serving-men,
Who get no rest at all!
She sends 'em abroad on her own affairs,
From the second she opens her eyes
One million Hows, two million Wheres,
And seven million Whys!
