Cat one is something that generated because of what @PreApex just so happen decided to say. Like, thanks a lot, now we have something everyone is blaging over. Here's what PreApex said:

So, what will we do with this mysterious cat?
Well, now I, maybe not other hosts, will use a number generator in between 1 - 24 to see who cat one is, and I will ask people to guess who the cat one is. I will not reveal who the cat one is until after the round.

If the cat one dies, will they still be the cat one?
Yes. Because if not, the cat one is always gonna be the winner.

I'm just going to say Tansyspring, only because she doesn't have anything memorable about her (I mean, she's the only one out of my three cats that hasn't won a round yet and she often gets anti-climatic deaths) and it'll be nice for to get such recognition.

The only kit that isn't overlooked would have to be Schistkit, as he made a very strong impact in his debut round. (Yes, there was Dewpaw back when he was still Dewkit, but he's no longer a kit.) Otherwise I do agree with your statement that kits are often overlooked.
