So I haven't submitted my vote for the poll because I have somewhat mixed feelings about it.
Like I feel like they should have permanent matings but be allowed one-two [up to staff and/or PK ultimately] 'try agains' maybe? Because sometimes users end up leaving CS or disappear or things just don't work out in the end (the reason shouldn't just be that they find a different Ru' they like better after the pair have already mated, unless the staff allow it).
And I feel like there should be somewhat of a prerequisite to allow breedings from here on out, if the permanent mating thing is decided upon. Some proof of commitment between the owners of the pair? Role play history, written agreements to stay as a bonded pair, etc. - I don't know just what yet. But I feel like it shouldn't be allowed just 'willy nilly.'

That's something I'd clear up in the nursery however I will try to explain this xD
Say you're Kami is mated, another Kami comes along and you want to mate with them (because the babehs would be baller). What I would do is say you needed "permission" from your mate to breed with this other Kami (making it worlds easier for all gay Kami) and bam baby, but you are still with your mate.
That is assuming you even want to mate! Mating wouldn't be required to breed, you could just be two Kami making two babies and walking away.

Two cents is awesome! Of course I'm not going to be like "you must mate >:]" or like "no, no mating ever!" My idea is a common-ish middle ground, I just want the communities opinion before I change the entire Nursery <.<

Alright if you are familiar with the center you will want to re-read! I have update a lot so a Rukami does not have to be mated to breed and I've upped the slots! I have also made a breeding ground where you may look for Rukami that are studding themselves out in anyway!

Hey, so the spikes on the backs? Can someone explain them to me? Are they bone? Cartilage? Fur so dirty it stands up? My male Skye has them and I want to know if he fell and landed on his back would landing on them break his back, or would they bend or snap?

To be honest I am not 100% sure xD However logically I would say they are a cartilage that is slightly more bendable than our noses -so that is they Kami did fall it wouldn't feel as painful as smacking our noses on a table. Just as an example.
