When you find that you no longer have a use for one of your characters, what do you usually do with them? Retirement 8D

Haha, I do this sometimes. No more room for them in my characters, but too much room for them in my heart. I save them to a file folder on my computer and leave them alone. But I do worry that one day my computer will crash and I'll lose them. ene

Not meaning to spam or start a dramafest (I guess this kind of has to do with the character?), but can we please stop having a little pity party? I'm sorry you didn't get the character marouk, but I kind of feel like you're making us the bad guy now. The other member technically offered first, and trying to be fair, we let you know what they offered and we told them what you offered (so you had the option to offer something higher if you wanted to). It wasn't meant to be like an auction and we never said it was, but Bel had said we were looking for wishlist anyway and how could we turn down a better offer? ^^; Sorry for complaining publicly, but as I said, it kind of feels like you're making us the bad guy here and I'm just asking if you can stop because I'm sure we all know what it feels.

Do you find yourself slowly getting rid of old beloved characters as you find new ones coming in?
It depends. If I made the character, yeah, I'll give it up. But if I adopted it from somewhere, I'll usually try to hang on to it.

What is or are your main use(s) for your characters? [art, writing, drawing them yourself, keeping you entertained/company, etc.]
Drawing, mainly. Though I also headmate with them and write them.

When you find that you no longer have a use for one of your characters, what do you usually do with them?
I have a special pair of folders for this: Displaced and In Danger of Going. After a certain amount of time, I'll go through them and decide if I still connect with the character, or if I should let it go. If I don't want to give it up, but have completely lost my muse for it, I'll retire it... it's usually just a temporary retirement, but I know who has the character, and I know it's not being abused.

Pick any one or more of your characters. What calms this character with their angry or anxious?

Tobias... all he really needs is a snuggle. x3 He's just a big ol' softie who needs love and attention when he's upset.

I find myself in need of getting rid of them, but as far as the beloved goes, no. I could never give them up. Too much value to me personally, I don't know if I could part with them. Why I'm not likely to give you Ravi Wes, I just have so much attachment to her.

Well. It really depends on the character. I do like roleplaying them as it helps me get closer to them, and of course writing about them and drawing them myself is fun (even if I'm the only one that sees it most times). But I'd have to say getting art of them from others. Or at least that's what it looks like, but they all have quite a bit of art from me that I don't deem worthy to show.

Usually...? Keep them and wait for another use, but recently as I have too many characters, I've been giving them away, or extremely recently, selling (if I am allowed to sell them that is x3 )

Merr... Food or gardening... I don't know why, they just calm him down. I guess it takes his mind off things.
Percy... A good book could calm any anger or anxiousness.
Fletcher... Any kind of running could calm this guy down, although might make him hyper x3
