For those of you that say staff isn't open or friendly, I'm sorry but it seems rather hypocritical in my eyes. I posted a few pages back letting you all know what is going on with my life at the time, and the only one to even respond was Dragons. I try to be as open and friendly as possible with all of you, but the only response I get is to be ignored. You might think all of the issues with bear run are due to the staff, but it involves all of us. As a community, everyone needs to be friendly and inviting towards everyone. Not cold and disengaging. I just find it dissapointing that even when we try our hardest to change and improve things for you all, that never the less, there are continuous complaints. We aren't perfect, not even close, but we are trying our absolute hardest. You might hate me and other staff members, but realize that we aren't going anywhere. We need to learn to get along with one another and try to start from a blank slate at least.

And Dragons, I have thought about that as well cx I would die from the overload of amazingness <3

I will be streaming when I get home today.

I was going to reply, and it slipped by. [I function with 20 tabs open at all times, it's easy to lose stuff]
And I agree, the community can't rely on the staff to make everything functioning perfectly.
whenever I say something, I always try to follow this guideline:
“If you propose to speak, always ask yourself, is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?”
maybe everyone could learn from this? I'm not saying you're all rude, because none of you really are at heart, but when I first heard this quote I started instituting it in my everyday life, and it's helped me stay out of terrible situations.

Okay so if Bear Run was a person I think what I highlighted in red should be tattooed on its face but since it's not a person maybe this should be the clubs motto instead. I had a big speech written but I erased it because it sounded stupid xD

Rach, I'm sorry. Over all of the conflicts in the FC, I haven't been the most active. I don't really want to get involved for fear there will be even greater disputes among us as well as anger towards one another. I don't want to be a participant in any way. Sure, I might state my opinion, but that is all. I dislike it when Bear Run just goes downhill and we all have a heated debate.

Adding on to that, the FC goes through so many page in such little time. I usually have school, so I tend to miss a lot of posts that are important. If I had seen your post, Rach, then of course I would've responded. It's what we, as a community, would do for each other.

We all have each other's backs.
