Younger Kids, Alois Trancy, Ciel Phantomhive.. yeah I know some. It tends to happen at time sin the anime world, so I guess it's normal . I was kinda wonering that too, but he's too cute to wear jeans or long pants and Len's got the long shorts so yeah x3
Edit: It's kinda like the boots. What guy would wear boots like that? Only all the Vocaloid guys xD
