Alright, so I want to know, have any of you ever joined a roleplay where the people are writing one-liners and started posting huge paragraphs? Because I did and now all the one-line people are actually making an effort to make longer posts and it cracks me up. Have any of you experienced this?

This happens all the time- and it was the same for me when I first started roleplaying. I would observe the other roleplayers, their styles, and the kind of things they did to help their posts be longer. I really think that it has influenced my writing style greatly. I'd name names, but I don't know if they'd be okay with that.

I have it's really funny because of course my first rp was one-liner but I posted in a semi lit form they all started doing it so I eneded up changing it to semi lit and now it's a really good rp

One of my first RPs was called Running Free and it was a horse RP. Well, I think what happened was I had so much fun with it that It inspired me to write longer posts at times and then from there I saw other player's post and want to be like them, and now I post long, and beautiful posts!!

Anyone got any good human RPs going? I'm trying to get into a semi-active one...I haven't been writing in awhile. xD

I was wondering if anyone would be interesting in having some sort of club to help muse-less roleplayers get some inspiration? I know it would be useful for me, and a few other people out here. Maybe it could be connected to this club some how? :3

That sounds like an excellent idea; I'm all for it. n3n It's been very difficult for me to work up any muse lately, so I could really use something like that. . .

I just realized how much I stalk this thread and how little I actually post. I think of responses in my head, but I never get around to posting them. Lazy Freakish. |DD

We are different. Not special. Just... Different. We live so long. Too long. We have to fight. Or they will kill us.

They are the Dark, being pursued by the Light. The Light has hunted the Dark for as long as humans have existed, killing them, believing that the Dark are evil creatures that defy the basic principle of life; death. What causes the Dark is a genetic mutation, letting them live forever. They are not like vampires, not needing anything to sustain them, though some believe they are vampires and kill and drink just for the thrill. The Dark often believe that their life is a burden, unable to die because they have the power of cellular regeneration. The only thing that lets the Dark believe they are still human is the fact that they can feel pain. They have enhanced brain activity, but are unable to have any superpowers, such as anything beyond what they are given. The Dark can at some points hold control over the regulars, but it takes a lot of energy if they are not gifted -gifted meaning that their powers are intensified to the point where they cannot age past thirty, while most Dark can age until forty or fifty-.

So that's my new idea, just a rough draft. I'm supposed to be doing math homework XD What do you think? Would anyone be interested.
