anyone else have problems remembering to keep track of gifts you've sent... i'm so bad at it, i should probably keep a count on a notepad or something so i dont forget to mark it down

i keep a text file with all the usernames of the people i gift! super handy and easy to count ^^

Question for everyone: how do you find who to gift? Is it random, e.g., you see the holibomb counter in someone's signature on the forums, or do you go down the list of members?

Mine is mostly random, but I find a lot of people to gift on the Holibombs threads (the main thread and this discussion thread)

Also, if I think I've gifted someone before, I just search their username on the trade page, but if they get double, they get double!

😩 I wish I started a list from the start of who I've gifted, I should have known because I really liked having the list of people who signed up for LOLO, it was super convenient! I'm not gifting only people playing Holibombs, sometimes I'll just see a random person in the threads I join and send a gift their way if I have something on their wishlist when I have the time. Which makes it even harder than just scrolling the holibombs sign up thread. Oops! I don't feel like going through my prev trades to make the list from the start, but I probably will keep track of usernames from now on!
It's been super fun though, I love little gifting games like this!

right? im a big nerd so im going back through them so i can organize people who've gifted me vs people i've gifted and what kinds of gifts they were because i enjoy stuff like that, but i love the excuse to just send massive quantities of gifts to people. i tend to do it a lot anyway so the fact that this is my first year holibombing is a shock

i miiight set up the spreadsheet to count bomb total and nuke total on both sides. one thing at a time though.

honestly clever. right now i've been going back and forth searching names in my trade
history to see if i've gifted them yet or not. it's a little time consuming for sure.

think it would help a ton when sorting out holibombs.

usually people I see in the forums! I mostly remember if I've sent one already, but it I forget it's not a bit deal, if I had more stuff the user wanted there's no harm in it! I am hoping to get every user on the list though >:)

yeah! mine's set up super simple, just a plain text file where i copy and paste usernames in alphabetical order so i can quickly check if i've already gifted them, with one per line so i can just check the bottom to see how many i've sent in total :] i dont keep track of the amount i send or if they're nukes or not, i don't have the energy to keep up with that much aha
