I finished A Dangerous Path today. And, this is what happened: [SPOILERS]
I knew would Bluestar die saving Fireheart. And as soon as she came in when Fireheart was being attacked, I leaped out of my chair and was pacing the floor saying "No, no, no.... Please no!" then I went back to my seat and read the rest. I knew it. When Bluestar died, I starting tearing up and cried for two minutes. :c

do you think greystripe would be a better leader than bramblestar? (we all know- greystripe was the deputy before he was caught by the humans)

wow i haven't been on here for a while

Personally i'm not sure, Greystripe has had his flaws in the series, although i do think that he probably would be better as a leader because he grew up with Firestar and never really showed disloyalty to the clan (never turned against it ect) and has never had any links (as far as i know) with the dark forest cats. Although at the same time Bramblestar did work to prove his loyalty as did Firestar so really i think they'd both be as good as each other as leaders, but Greystripe would proooobably have the upper hand due to more experience.

(Although i must say. If we ever talked about deputies - why on earth is Squirrelflight seen as a good deputy to pick?! I mean she has quite a few flaws and honestly - i think Greystripe or Sandstorm would be way better deputies!)

I don't really read spoilers, but sometimes I'm too impatient and just want to read them. So, I've read all your posts above me and this is my reply [SPOILERS]:
So by the name Bramblestar, I'm guessing Bramblepaw [I'm on The Darkest Hour] becomes leader. But yes, I haven't read the whole of The Darkest Hour and was thinking last night if Firestar was to make Sandstorm or Graystripe deputy, because they have been loyal to Thunderclan and were born in the clan. But I know a lot about Squirrelflight, even if I haven't read up to the part where she's introduced in the books - people talk about her and I've looked at her fact file on the Warriors Wiki page. But, yeah, I agree that Graystar and Sandstar would be great to have in the series XD

He might've died in Bramblestar's Storm? I don't remember, unless he's actually in the Apprentice's Quest and it was a mistake. I have a terrible memory x.x
