I think maybe after you get a gift, there could be a one week cool-down, and we could state on the gift list whether we were on the cool down or not, and that way before gifting someone, you check the list. If they're on the cool down, you could simply find another person, with fewer gifts, and give one to them. c:

I can try to keep a list on the main gifting topic as well of the cool down list and it can reset every week or however long we decide the cool down period is, that way people don't have to worry about having access to the google doc.

I think the artists would be better that way you can make sure someone who had 0 gifts doesn't get like 6 all from different people who saw they only had 0 ^_^
