Well, I happen to have a banishing spell and a balancing spell. I was once plagued by intrusive thoughts, but these helped end that. They are written in first person though, so I'd just make them third. Focus on banishing sadness and despair and then rooting her in Nature's balance and out of the turbidity of daily life.

(Light a candle here. I'd say the white one. Black would work well, but the black seems to be metaphorical, that a "black" candle is unlit and not black in colour.)

These really helped me through a dark spot. No literal illness, just intense despair. I hope it helps her.

I'm not sure exactly what to do in your case, but maybe something that promotes overall health and healing, like flax, olives, mint or nutmeg, might work. Just some suggestions. Good luck!

SSQM, I have a Room Cleansing spell in my BOS that should definitely help to rid your room of that negative energy~

This spell should be performed during or on the day of the waning moon, or crescent moon.


What you're going to need: 1 Sprig of heather (Heather is a pretty common wildflower, it can usually be found in fields)


1 lit white candle (in a holder) (The type of holder doesn't matter)


Lit frankincense in a holder (holder doesn't matter, whether it's incense in a bowl or on a board)


Bowl of Blessed water

Under the light of a full moon:
1- Raise arms under Moonlight, chant "I call upon Thee Great Lady of the Night, to bless this water in Thy Light."
2- Pour water into bowl, add rose petal and hold bowl up in Moonlight, chant "In this water doth shine Thy light, that it be consecrated in Thy sight. Cleansed and purified on this Esbat night, this water is blessed by Thy sacred rite."
3- Lift bowl of salt in the Moonlight, chant "Through the Lady hast all things their form, taking salt in the waters and lands of the Earth. Through Thy bright light, I consecrate this salt to aid in my work."
4- Add 3 pinches of salt to the water; stir 3 times; then use a compact or hand held mirror if needed to reflect the Full Moon onto the water in the bowl, chant "By the light of the Moon, through the power in Thy Tides, a portion of Thy power now herein resides, that blessed be this water. By 3 times 3 this spell I bind, that it be cast with the power of nine. For as I will, So Mote It Be!"
5- Set down the mirror and the bowl and turn the bowl 9 times clockwise, or "deosil", in the Moonlight, chant "With power gathered and sent within, this spell is sealed 9 times again, that adds together 9 once more, that with these 3 is 9 the core. So Mote It Be!"
6- Place water in bottle with lid and store away from light, to use as needed as blessed water.

This water is used in many many spells, so make as much as needed or desired.

Now to perform the Cleansing Spell:

1- Take the candle and the incense and walk around the interior of the room, chant "By fire and flame, by smoke and scent; I drive from this room all chaos and dissent."
2- Asperge, or "sprinkle", the room using the sprig and water, sprinkling the baseboards, walls, cornices (molding just under the ceiling, if it is present), and floor, chant "By water and salt, by herb and flower; peace and contentment return in this hour."
3- Place all materials on a tray or plate. Bring the tray/plate outdoors, chant "Follow the light, follow the scent. Into the Earth and into the Air, energies gathered here I now vent."
4- Blow out the candle, bury the incense, lay the sprig over a pentagram or a book/item that is very sacred to you, poor water on top. Bury the candle or toss out with the trash (to be buried in the landfill).

This spell requires a lot of preparation but will last years to come~
