What is the personality of your clan leader like? Have they always been this way, or did something in their life occur to change them? If so, what was it and why?
Honeystar started out as a kind but naive leader. She believed in the best of everyone and tried to bring out the best attributes in her clanmates. This worked for a time. Near-wars, alliances, deaths, plagues, and murders later, she is a cynical and tired leader who wishes that her clan could go back to its more innocent roots. However, she is proud of how much she and her clanmates have accomplished and wishes that she could have a blood legacy, hence the pregnancy at her age. Dustleaf has made it clear, though, that it's unlikely that Honeystar will survive long enough to see her kits as warriors due to her age and the stresses of the job.
Would your clan's deputy make a good leader? Why or why not? Do the other cats in your clan think the same as you?
Birchnose, the late first deputy, would have made an excellent leader in the minds of her clanmates. She was kind, charismatic, and held the post for many seasons. The majority of the younger clan cats grew up with her and though she never had an apprentice, she cared for her own litter and helped with the queens and mentors whenever she could.
Applenose, the current deputy, is considered a solid choice for the next leader. While he was thrust into his role rather suddenly, he was the first apprentice in the clan and was there since the beginning, allowing him to follow all the intricacies of clan politics. In addition, he has recently gained much hands-on experience during Honeystar's sickness and has represented her at Gatherings more than once. While the older cats would have preferred the extroverted Birchnose, Applenose is popular among the younger cats and those his age.
Why did your clan's medicine cat become the medicine cat? Was it due to an injury or sickness, or did their passion burn bright from a young age? Do they take delight in their job?
Crowcloud, the late first medicine cat, had been fascinated by the idea of healing. He was one of few cats who understood herbal medicine and indeed who could make it work which made him a good choice for Forestclan's first medicine cat.
Dustleaf, the current senior medicine cat, loved the idea of being close with Starclan and helping her clan in an alternate way. Despite her three moons of warrior training, she was dead-set on becoming Crowcloud's apprentice. However, she had many issues to get through, namely her ability to get too attached to her patients and indeed nearly broke down when her father, Adderstream died due to an infection and her mentor, Crowcloud, died in a fire moons later. Now, she has learned to keep her distance from newer clanmates unless she takes an interest in the kits or they come to her for help because she knows how fragile life is.
Larknose, the current junior medicine cat, was never keen on helping the clan through fighting. He was a clumsy apprentice and his moons of warrior training convinced him that while he might not be a good hunter or fighter, he was an excellent tracker and could put those skills to good use in the medicine cats' den. Dustleaf was glad at his willingness to become her apprentice and over the moons, he has fallen in love with his role no matter how depressing it may seem at times.
What plotlines from other clans do you actively follow and why? Do you have a favorite among them?
I follow the plotlines of all of the clans that I mod and I absolutely love where Graveclan is going. It's just...the coldness is so palpable but the cats have actual personalities beyond that. In addition, I follow Echoclan (I can't forgive what happened to Brindlecloud and if you touch Crowcloud...), Moorclan, Goldclan, and Gustclan. Gustclan is definitely my tippity-top favorite because I know all of the plots that will happen (and I won't say a word) and I can't wait to see them come to fruition.
Who is your favorite cat, personality-wise, from another clan? Why?
To be honest, I don't know because I love them all.
Who is your favorite cat appearance-wise from another clan? Is it due to their breed, their coat coloring, or something else?
I don't really pay attention to cat appearances in other clans but I'll say that I loved Sweetsun of Swiftclan's appearance, the cheeky little munchkin.
